It is an even fight. One Arrow against one Arrow. Flash is fast too, but usually a good fast way to take him out is to hit the B key to select all of your missile hardpoints and launch every missile at him as he heads towards you and reaches around 8000 klicks away from you. The chance of this working decreases depending how high you have the skill level set though.

Comments : I find it effective to let flash use up all his afterbuner fuel. Once he stops zipping aroung the screen , it is very easy to fly up on his tail and take him out. Plus it gives you time to lay down some serious taunting! ;)
