- Need I point out that flying this mission while drunk is a very bad idea?
- Your Arrow carries few missiles, so conserve them if you can. They will come in handy against Vaktoths and Sorthaks in particular.
- Then there are the corvettes, but fortunately these are limited to the first Nav point and you can take out the first three without having to worry about fighters.

Notes
- Like the previous mission, this mission starts with you having to face a cluster of capships. This time you can choose your ship, so you can take something a bit stronger than an Arrow if you wish.
- Take out the light destroyer at Nav 1 before anything else. The second wave turns up as soon as all corvettes are destroyed, so getting the destroyer first will leave one less ship to worry about when they do turn up.
- The waves at Nav 3 work like at Nav 1. The waves arrive when all fighters in the area are destroyed, so get the destroyer first.
Outcome
- Success / Failure and go after Hobbes go to Alcor 3.
- Success / Failure and don't go after Hobbes go to Alcor 4.

- This mission is entirely optional. If you don't face Hobbes here, you'll find him in the last mission.
- Just Hobbes to deal with at Nav 1. A Hellcat against his Thunderbolt. Not quite a fair fight, and Hobbes is quite a skilled pilot. Before you get tempted to launch every missile you have at him, remember that the fight isn't over when you've won. Hobbes talks to you when you find him, but you'll find yourself under attack before he finished talking.
- Victory is under attack when you return, and shortly after Vaquero gets shot down. The Strakha are easy enough, but once the Paktahn wave arrives be quick or they could torpedo the Victory.

Notes
- This mission is one for firsts. Your first planetary mission. Your first encounter with Ekapshis and Tanks. Fun.
- Nav 3 is the key Nav point. When you arrive, you'll be attacked by Ekapshis. Take out all of these before moving on to the tanks. The tanks will be on your radar but not in the immediate area so you'll need to fly towards them first. If you fail to do this and simply autopilot on, the mission will fail which will be a disaster.
- The only ground targets are the tanks. You don't have to worry about the buildings. When attacking the tanks, be sure you don't crash into the ground.

Comments : If you're following the "Plot" of WC3, then you should go after...and defeat...Hobbes.

Comments : Seems to me that if Hobbes gets away, you should lose the game, since he could then tell Kilrathi High Command about the Temblor.

the course it takes brings it between two corvettes on the first wave and very close to a corvette in the second wave. stay with it, or else the vorthak's will tear her up.

Comments : I think it's a bit harsh to suggest the game should end if Hobbes escapes - but I do think they should have penalised you somehow, such as by making the defences around Kilrah stronger in the final mission.

Comments : Flying drunk is hard. The controls will be opposite of what theya re supposed to be as far as moving around.

Comments : If you play the PS version of WC3 you will not do any of the ground mission. You will still fight the fighters above the planet but you will get a cutscene for mission success.

Mission : Alcor 1
Comments : Has to be one of the hardest missions in the game. At this point you're just sick of being thrown into the worst fighter in the game (although the Longbow isn't hot either) and to be expected to take on three corvettes with no firepower THEN take on wave after wave of fighters.
