• Don't worry about the Concordia. It's only being attacked by Sartha, they can't kill it.
• Work with Shadow. If you lose your wingman you'll have problems dealing with 5 Sartha by yourself.

Briefing	Kilroy, Blair, you'll sweep through the Nav Point to intercept the cruiser. Blair, your light fighters can't punch through a capital ship's phase shields... So once you've taken out any enemy fighter cover, back off and let the Broadswords' torpedoes take out the cruiser.
Fralthra NAV 5 Sartha (Drakhai) 1 Fralthra Concordia NAV 3 Jalkehi

Notes

• As it mentions in the briefing, you can't kill the Fralthra, don't bother trying. If you can, stay out of the Fralthra's arc of fire entirely. Take out the fighters so the Broadswords can do their jobs.
• Killing the Fralthra decides whether you successfully complete Gwynedd. Don't let the Broadswords die, because without them you can't win.

Briefing	Your original briefing consists of a discussion with Sparks that indicates you are returning to Caernarvon. When you reach the Caernarvon NAV you are greeted with the following message: This is the TCS Concordia, requesting immediate assistance! We are under attack by a Kilrathi strike force -- our flight deck has been damaged, we cannot launch fighters! All Terran Confederation ships, please assist!
Concordia NAV Wave 1 4 Drakhri 1 Fralthra Wave 2 5 Sartha

Notes

• Just take on the waves as they come. There's no really special strategy that can help in this mission. Just keep out of the Fralthra's arc of fire and take out the fighters.
• There's no way to save Shadow. Her death is scripted and cannot be stopped.

Success go to Niven A. Eject results in capture.

Comments : I like this mission because you can watch the Fralthra fight with the Concordia using their anti-matter guns. I like watching the big fireworks! Sometimes you will hear a crazy noise and as the Concordia fires its Phase Transit cannon.
