CAPTAIN WILLIAM EISEN: Welcome aboard, Captain. They must be important orders, indeed, for you to have personally carried them so far.
CAPTAIN HUGH PAULSON: All Confederation orders are important, Captain. The Lexington is to head immediately to the Masa system, where we will rendezvous with the Third Fleet.
CAPTAIN WILLIAM EISEN: I'll inform my helm. You will be filling me in on Confed's orders.
CAPTAIN HUGH PAULSON: Oh, we have much to discuss -- in private, Captain.

midgame: Lexington flight deck -c1 a shuttle lands...
blair joins a grim eisen on the flight deck.
blair What's up?
eisen Got company.
captain HUGH PAULSEN, mid-40s, steps out of the shuttle. he stands ramrod straight, snaps off a salute.
paulsen Captain Hugh Paulsen, attached to the Third Fleet, with orders from Regional Command.
eisen Welcome aboard, Captain. Must be important orders for you to have personally carried them so far.
paulsen All Confederation orders are important, Captain. The Lexington is to head immediately to the Masa system where we'll rendezvous with the Third Fleet.
eisen raises an eyebrow.
eisen I'll inform my helm. You'll be filling me in on Confed's plans?
paulsen We have much to discuss... (glancing at Blair) ...in private, Captain. eisen gestures politely.
eisen Then we'd better adjourn to my cabin.
paulsen doesn't waste any time. briskly, he heads off the deck. Eisen follows.
