Memories from Dragoncon, 5 Days To Go

In just a few days, 5/6ths of the CIC staff will be flying to Atlanta to attend DragonCon, leaving the CIC in the hands of a merciless Belgian dictator. This year's pocket program guide is now online, and apparently they'll once again be having a blood drive. I wonder if Death will be running the drive again... [swirly flashback effect]

ChrisReid: Blonde, Frosty and I signed up to donate blood, but we chickened out and never showed up. It's a good cause, but the blood room was creepy. A cookie and t-shirt weren't enough to convince us needles were the right way to go.

How the hell did Death end up running a blood drive? Weird. I wasn't allowed to give blood because I'm a foreigner. Their loss.
