Wedge Puts ICIS Manual Online

Wedge has typed up and put the entire Prophecy ICIS manual online for people to browse. It doesn't have any of the pictures, but the layout has been painstakingly recreated in HTML. This is a version of the manual from Singapore. There were slight differences between regions. Stay tuned for possible updates and highlights of different versions. You can help out and provide feedback at Crius here. Here's one of the coolest things the North American manual didn't get: Null-G Bomblets!
