Review :
This a great ship-charger. You'll be able to take out just about any fighter
and lucky bomber pilots will be able to take out a Carrier. Doubled values
are great, but make sure you have the original values to complete your goal.
An Attack value of 1 doubled to 2 isn't extremely helpful. The good part is
that this card takes affect after all other calculations are made though, so
you have time to boost up the necessary stats.
