This card is rather expensive considering Paladin does the exact same thing
plus can act as a +2 Defense pilot. But if you have to choose between
piloting and mustering with Paladin. Rollins is a good standby for a muster
Medal Point. If you're going to play lots of expensive stuff, he's probably
worth including in your deck.
