This is a good card to play when the enemy is really hurting and needs
reinforcements. But if the game is winding down, you might as well go ahead
and play Media Blitz then too. You're essentially giving one Power Point so
your opponent doesn't get two. The card has even more value if they have
Transports in play. I'd say this is generally a low-value card, but it can
definately come in handy.
