Review :
It'd be nice if you play this card early and limit the number of Maneuvers or
Battle Damage cards your opponent plays, however remember that Battle Damage
cards stick with a fighter until they return to the ready area. If you know
you can't win a battle, you can at least inflict a bit of longer-lasting
damage. Maneuvering Thrusters Destroyed is your plain simple Maneuver
modifier. Most of your craft can play it, it's a good card to have in any
deck.
