This is a useful card. I love missile weapon systems cards, so you'll
probably come into a situation where you'll need this. Even if you don't, you
can just randomly wreak a tiny bit of havoc on your opponent by taking out a
critical weapon system. It's smart to save this in case you really end up
needing it.. but don't wait too long. If the battle's going on your side..
this can be useful as a bit of extra demoralization.
