I think the designers saw the Attack +1, Maneuver +1 combinations and wanted
to provide a counter, so they made cards that give you Support +1, Defense +1.
Support and Defense don't seem a natural pair to me. Bombing and Defense
would be more important I'd think. Anyhow, you can still use this card to
your advantage. If you've got two fighters together, then Support is not a
bad idea. And more Defense is always good. Think of your need for Support
first.
