With that Bombing value, it looks obvious that Deadbolt should be used aboard
a Bomber. If you're not using anything else to enhance a Bomber's ratings,
then Deadbolt would be a good choice. However, there are also other
combinations. Aboard a Thunderbolt you could use two Bombing +1 modifiers to
make viable Carrier runs. That'll scare your opponent. Deadbolt is one of
your more strategic weapons, you her wisely.
