Standoff Patch Primes Scoreboard Update

There is another small patch for Standoff. Update 1.30/1.31 performs some behind-the-scenes tweaks to prep the scoreboard for coming additions. Get it from the game's autoupdate mechanism if you want to stay ahead of the game!
