Electronic Arts has announced another return for a classic franchise -- sort of! A Chinese development house, NetDragon, has licensed the 'Dungeon Keeper' IP for an upcoming MMO to be launched in Asia. While this alone has a slight connection to Origin history (OSI handled press and support for the original Dungeon Keeper), it has an even greater implication for the future: Electronic Arts is now willing to license classic IPs to outside developers.
