NinjaLA sent along this neat preview of a new scene he's been working on. It's still a work in progress, but it's pretty nifty as-is already. On the left is his first cut at the image, and a more refined update is on the right. The color and style add a lot to the piece, and the artsy Kilrathi looks really sharp. I like seeing how things like this develop too. NinjaLA imagines that the warrior pictured there is some sort of advance recon unit scouting out an attack on a Confed communications base. It's already pretty pleasant to look at, so I'm anxious to see how it shapes up when all is complete.
