Infobursts Back Online

During one of the server shake-ups a while back our old radio show, the CIC Infoburst, went offline. We've gathered up the original copies again and reloaded them to our server. They're in .rm format, which is a bit dated and bloated now, but back in 1998 and 1999, it was what we had. There are some cool shows in there that you might like if you've never heard them before. Even if you have, they're great for nostalgia. Episode 1 is an interview with LOAF and me, Episode 2 is focused on an interview with famous Wing Commander music composer George Oldziey, Episode 3 is a talk with noted WC author Chris McCubbin and Episode 4 is a post-movie interview with Chris Roberts himself.

Site of the Year Nominations Continue

We've gotten a healthy number of nominations for Wing Commander Fan Site and Fan Project of the Year so far, so we'll probably go ahead with the actual contest in a few days. If you have any last minute sites to nominate, do so now! Don't forget to submit your Freelancer questions to LOAF ASAP. He's heading down to check out the game in less than a week.

Wing Commander 3D Mod Project Established

What is Wing Commander 3D? Wing Commander 3D is a collection pool of mod work. I don't know how willing people are to openly share for the purpose of sharing. I think it's a fairly noble approach, maybe it would go over well. People who made the models for their specific project might have not originally planned on making them available to all. It can be hard to let go of something you worked on, but it's worth a try anyways.
