In a stunning display of disregard for the concept of death, one of the first Wing Commander fan games, Vega Strike, is back! Creator Hellcat contacted us to report that a new cross-platform, open source version of the game is now available -- Lunix junkies and normal people rejoice! The new Vega Strike website is located at http://vegastrike.sourceforge.net. Anyone interested in playing or helping to develop the game should check in there -- and if this can come back, so can anything!
