Stéphane Guibord, in charge of the group that created the Wing Commander Windows 95/98 Theme, sent the CIC a message today. He says that he encourages everyone to try the Themes, but reminds us that they were not tested with the freeware programs available that simulate "Microsoft Plus!" (such as Desktop Themes 1.84 in Files). Use such programs at your own risk.
