Chere Audra,
Qu'est-ce que c'est ton nom de famille? Voice la recette, mais en anglais. Jeannine est une amie que est bibliothecaire en droit.
Boy, I'll feel real bad if that says something compromising.
Why does this start in French, go to English, then finish up French again?
Well, it's better than French, English, Spanish. At least she didn't Babelfish it.
Jeannine's Broccoli-Chicken Casserole
2 packages frozen broccoli
6-8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonaise/salad dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
That's a lot of chickens. And who keeps their cheese in a cup?
Cook broccoli; put in casserole with chicken, soup and mayonaise, lemon juice, and curry. Cover with cheese and crumbs. Bake 25-30 munites at 350°.
Wow, thanks Ellen. That sounds delicious.
The finished result of Chris' attempt at cooking this delicacy will be served later.
I was hoping it wouldn't be.
Audra, I used mushroom soup and the night of the French Group I had it in the oven close to 1 1/2 hours because the casserole was so full. So I guess what I'm saying is you can tinker around with the recipe. I've learned that when I cook for lots of people, it's best to keep things simple, to fix something that can be prepared ahead of time with as few last minute attention as possible. If you ever go to French Group at Dario's house, he fixes fresh, homemade pasta and gets everyone involved. It's great fun. So even though he lives in DeSoto, try to go when he has it.
Good advice to live by.
If Dario gets everyone involved, it's probably because he's lazy.
A bientot,
Ellen
A Bientot to you too.
That's Bientôt...
The CIC Doesn't Pay

With such unique names, does hiding their email address really mask their identity?
And since when did we protect the innocent?

Dear Nedy,
I received a check for $30 for my comic strip. Since the rate is $25, is this an overpayment, or an error?
Since you were honest, just keep the extra $5.
I wonder what comic it was. Perhaps Byydo could get paid for Heart of the T
It'd have to be in pesos or Candian dollars or something.
Also, is it possible to receive a copy of the paper for my files? I think
I'll be in the Chicago area in early August though.
Hey, it's early August now. I wonder how he's getting along in Chicago.
Thanks,
Chris Companik
No, thank *you*!
Yeah, thanks Chris Whatever-your-name-is

I agree with what you guys said about Privateer being undercredited. When I think about such a great game that is so often overlooked, it rather saddens me. Would it be so hard to create a patch to make it run native in Windows, such as what they did with WC4? Personally, I think not.
Others agree with you. I hope you signed the WCESCRP petition.
From what I remember, someone at Origin said it'd be really hard to make Priv work in Windows. However they did have Armada going in Windows, but the multiplayer stuff didn't work and no one wanted to put their time in to rewriting the code.
I once asked Origin if they ever considered making such a patch and they're response to me was a very emphatic "No." It is a mark of a good company when they at least give some consideration to their customers. In my opinion, Origin has certainly dropped the ball here. I can only hope that they will someday see the light and come back to those of us who helped make them who they are now.
If only he could see ahead in time four weeks when they *really* dropped the ball.
If you will excuse me, I have a Homeworld game to get back to.
At least now you can try the Fleet Action Mod.
Thanks for taking time out from your game to write to us.
Sincerely,
Blyre
And that's what we have for this time. It may seem like we have elves in the back coming up with fodder for us to play with, but that is not the case. We need you to write to us to keep the Mail Bag going. Click here to send your message in.
