For the past fourteen years, Wing Commander News has been bringing you ad-free Wing Commander news and information, updated daily. It has been our honor to serve as stewards for this incredible community and to continue to evolve this website. But the truth is: we really, really thought that we would somehow be rich now.
Our mentor, Dan Hardwicke, founded the original Introspection's Wing Commander Home Sector with a simple dream in mind: make other people do work for him that would also somehow make him money, like maybe another gaming company wants their own Introspection site or something? Or at least send him a free video card maybe?
By helping to establish the chat zone, fan projects and now the wikipedia we have honored his legacy of having other people far outshine our own work and then hoping that somehow we get paid. But unfortunately, nada. So please, this year dig deep. Give us your money.
