Over at the Chat Board, fredm reports that the January issue of German magazine Gamestar has a short article about Privateer 3, which it reports will be completely online and feature ground missions and the ability to build bases. This, of course, hasn't been confirmed, but I know that a lot of WC fans are in Germany... is there anyone who could transcribe or scan the article for us? It's the January issue. Thanks!

Heya everybody... sorry I haven't updated in a few days, I've been a bit sick (well, when you haven't played any WC in a few days, you're *really* sick)... anyway, I figured I'd let everybody who's interested know what I'm working on now -- the Encyclopedia and Timeline are coming along well, and let me apologize for not having them done once again. They're gonna be pretty cool, though... it's really what I've always wanted to do for WC. Erm, but before those, look for a newly redone version of our WC Movie page in just a few days... our current one is kinda out-dated and not as informative as I'd like. Erm, in a followup to my visit to Austin last month for the six people who care, it looks like I'll be going back soon... I got an acceptance letter from UT yesterday!
