Blockade Point Tango is a star system in the Gemini Sector and a territory of the Terran Confederation. It is along the Confederation's border with the Kilrathi Empire.
In 2669, the system was the site of the final destruction of the Steltek drone that had plagued Gemini that year, when privateer Grayson Burrows accidentally activated the drone with a stray missile hit during a run-in with a group of pirates in the Troy system. Having recently discovered a derelict Steltek craft in the Delta Prime system and having retrieved a gun from the derelict, Burrows himself was ordered by TCN Admiral William Terrell, CO of Perry Naval Base, to lure the drone to Blockade Point Tango, where a flotilla of Paradigm-class Capital Ships under the command of Commodore Hans Reismann lay in wait. En route to Blockade Point Tango from Perry, Burrows encountered a Steltek scout in the Nitir system. As a result of the encounter, Burrows' Steltek Gun was boosted, and it was this boosted gun that ultimately killed the drone.
