Mancini is a calm, calculating man, who always appears to be in control of his emotions. He was a member of the Y-12 wing of the Confederation Security Bureau (CSB) circa 2671 and was affiliated with the Belisarius Group. Mancini worked with Clark Williams. Mancini, the subtler of the two, also a number of good contacts outside of the Confederation security network.
Mancini, along with Clark Williams, attempted to accelerate the demise of Kruger's government in the Landreich, and failure of Project Goliath. This scheme was thwarted by the success of the Landreich raid into Baka Kar. |
