David Whittaker was a classmate of Geoffrey Tolwyn at the Academy. They were assigned together to the Albemarle for their cadet cruise. He saved Tolwyn's life when their shuttle crashed on a training mission after which they both spent six months in the hospital. Whittaker received a Distinguished Service Award.
They didn't really keep in touch, though he tried to recruit Tolwyn into the Belisarius Group in 2669.
Whittaker was killed by the Belisarius Group around 2670.200. The Group changed focus after the Kilrathi War, and Whittaker, like many, didn't agree with their new direction. |
