The Corcoran Corporation runs the biggest operation on the Liverpool refinery.
It's in the Newcastle system.
Recently, an unknown band has blockaded Liverpool.
Ore and construction equipment are in very short supply.
Corcoran wants a blockade runner to deliver a shipment of ore and construction supplies.
PLAYER
How bad is the blockade?  
MURPHY
Nothing you can't handle, I'm sure.
I'll give you 20,000 for the mission.
