Gardel, also known as "Cardell", is a star system in the Enigma Sector. It is a territory of the Terran Confederation.
Gardel is a moderately populated system with an unknown number of colonies. It was invaded by the Kilrathi Empire in 2669 along with many other star systems on the Terran-Kilrathi border. Fortunately, Gardel, along with the nearby system of Morpheus, were successfully recaptured by Confed.
