- If we can take out this convoy it will make our job later that much easier.

- …and Maverick, you and Jazz will be Xi wing. Your assignment is a direct strike on the convoy.
- Fly directly to Nav 1 and wreak as much havoc as possible.
- Transports are a priority, as they are most likely to be carrying weapons.
- Other than that, take out all you can. Any questions?
