Wedge, Halcyon says "At least that much good came of it. Dismissed." whether you fail or not - so it should be 100% not 50% :) Madman
That really doesn't make much sense, but if that's what happens in the game, then so be it. It could be a mistake on the developers' part, I suppose. - Wedge
