Once again, do we have any canonical evidence that the Hvar'kann was only introduced in the 2660s? I know it stands to reason that if the Kilrathi had them, they would have used them in the Battle of Terra, but we shouldn't assume anything. Especially when one considers how long it would take to construct such a large capital ship. - Wedge
