Official Badge of False Bravado

The Official Badge of False Bravado was a prank played on Todd Marshall by Carl T. LaFong and Michael Anthony during a plebe simulator competition. LaFong and Anthony filled Marshall's helmet with a mixture of manure, grease, oil and whipped cream. LaFong announced that Marshall had received the "first annual Official Badge of False Bravado. You earned it." Marshall responded with some foul language and then went onto defeat LaFong in the competition's final match. LaFong said he was "a wild man" and that "even the computerized Kilrathi opponents at Ace skill level couldn't have touched him." It also earned LaFong the callsign "Prankster."
