Chi Wing was part of the rotational flight designations used onboard the TCS Tiger's Claw in reference to the missions flown by her pilots. The lone mission known to be flown under the Chi designator was the rescue of the Exeter-class destroyer TCS Formidable by Christopher Blair and Kien Chen in the Kurasawa system on 2654.279.
