Regis is a cousin of Roman Lynch. He is rumoured to have been caught in New Constantinople with a gun in his hand and a corpse at his feet.
Because Regis shares certain business interests with his cousin, and since Regis has been subpoenaed in a murder trial, Lynch pays Grayson Burrows to transport Regis to safety. Burrows takes Regis to the Romulus mining base in the Castor system. On the way, Burrows is attacked by the Confederation for transporting a known felon. |
