Looks simmular to a standard survival knife. I collect Knifes for a hobey and I have one simular to it exept mine has a cumpas on the end of the handle that screws open to store small items in.

Seether's knife is called a "Double Shadow" among other names. I believe it's distributed by United Cutlery, the same people who gave us the Pilgrim's Cross.
