What do you think of the Border World HUD?

I think if Eder re-textured all the green ships like he did with the Bearcat, it'd look awesome

No doubt, but it's not exactly necessary to complete UE - and complete UE is what we want to do right now .

As I said I dont care about the cocpit but,in Wc4 Border Worlds have blue HUDs and Confed Green.

you could argue the same point as to why Confed fighters have blue HUDs now
