WC1 Secret Missions 1 SNES PC Emulator

Has anyone ever played the PC emulator of the WC1 Secret Missions 1 before? I recently downloaded it and I “tried” to play it. I hooked up my joystick and went at it, only to find that the aiming reticule doesn’t move over the enemy fighters accurately enough to actually hit. Is this because the original SNES version was like that?

tread lightly medevil...

From the forum rules:
11) Linking to, offering, requesting or hinting at the whereabouts of warez, abandonwarez, copying games or other illegal content can result in immediate banning.

Folks around here get banned in a hurry for bringing up this kind of thing.

An SNES emulator is technically a hack...and a SNES module file is the intellectual property of the publisher. You might want to just let this one drop or look elsewhere for your answers.

yeah, note the difference:
question ABOUT SNES WC or WC:SO

no problemo!!!

question about using an emulator and a downloaded copy of the game module...*buzzzt*

Just to make it official, what floundericiousMI said.

Do you own the SNES version of WC? At least then its kinda legal.... Hide!

Making a case for "kinda legal" probably isn't worth doing.

The genuine Super Nintendo version of the Secret Missions (also available in EA Replay) is full of neato stuff though. You can see a little bit on SM1 trivia at https://www.wcnews.com/news/2590 and a little in http://www.crius.net/zone/showthread.php?t=20934 I thought we had more differences summarized elsewhere, but I can't find where at the moment.
