Speedy bug

Hi everyone,

I've been having a blast playing this game! I got stuck one the drone mission in the original and never finished the game. Not this time though... =)

One problem though. I fired up the game today and noticed that suddenly objects seemed much much faster. I don't know what happened, but now asteroid fields resemble whirlpools of rocks (and are now quite lethal), demons are stupid fast, and centurions are outrunning my hopped up demon. Needless to say, it makes the game ludicrously hard

The only thing that I've altered about the game is fix the repair bot, per one of the forum threads. Any ideas?

I'm just about ready to reinstall it and hope my save games keep.

General troubleshooting tip:

- game works
- you do X
- game no longer works

Hmm, what to do...?

I would try undoing your repair droid edit and see if the problem goes away. It's a good first step.
