Sometime go into the video settings on your computer (a quick way to get there is to right click on the desktop, not upon any icon tho, and choose properties. Click on the settings tab and then down below on the advanced button. Click on the adapter button. Write down and post the adapter string. That should give us all the make and model of your videocard even if it is a cheap built-in to the board one.
