Hehe, Hadrian isn't really around any more. I did see the movie.. but I'm fairly sure I don't have it any more.

BTW, say you resurrect WC, start selling or distrubuting it, don't you have to pay to Origin for Copyright stuff?
 
Yeah, it was just a lot of yelling. AND IN GERMAN!

I think the steadicam did better acting than some of the crewhands.

Yes, if they wanted to start selling a new Wing Commander game, they would need to secure a license from Origin/EA beforehand. Technically, the same is true even if they were to give a Wing Commander game away for free; Origin could sue them for potential damage to the brand.

In practice, these sorts of fan projects are too small for the lawyers to go after them, most of the time.

Well, in practice, these sorts of fan projects almost never get off the ground in the first place, but that's a separate issue...
