1) There was a multiplayer Wing Commander game, it's called Wing Commander: Armada

2) Prophecy never had multiplayer made for it because it would have signifigantly delayed the game's release

3) OSI was working on Privateer Online when they decided to switch all their focus to Ultima Online games.
