Last Line of Defence

Scooby's model doesn't really look very Broadsword-y when viewed from an angle because it's all sharp edges, but if you look at the silhouettes you'll see it's spot on.

The broadsword was bits and pieces from Lar's broadsword and my Hwacha (which was original a broadsword) all mashed together.
 
I agree that it looks a little hard edged from that particular in-game screenshot, but the five-view is very nice!
 
As a mod it is dead. Have no help with missions, loading Screens, cutscenes etc.
Now I think over to make several cutscenes ingame with some Story i was planed

Yea. And so I can cheat a bit. In the Saga Prologue from 2006 with the latest Freespace Open Source Build I could use over 300 models. In Darkest Dawn I can go up to only 100. And about 85 are already used by Saga. So only 15 Models to Change. For a full mod - no Chance. For Videos I can build several ship files to use the ships i Need for a Scene ;)

But in another case I have something for you :D I Need the Music from WC1-3 again and the Voices from WC2+3. Have you still the files? As I sayd - lost many Things. Pls say yes that you still have my model of K'titrakh Mang?
 
A Harrier-class Carrier?

I've always been curious about that vessel, any more "official" specs or info that can be offered on it?
 
The Harrier class - before we called it Eagle was a fully automated excort carrier. Not a "Kill-me-Tarawa". Need less Crew and work on the carrier. Also faster then the Yorktown.

60 Planes - 20 Arrow, 20 Hellcat, 20 Thunderbolt. The Harrier is not as big in hight as a Yorktown so no Longbow Bomber.
In length about the size of a Yorktown. But the Runway is a bit open - Tribute to the Bengal Class. 10 defensive turrets and 2 Anti fighter Missile launcher. Some have also a Capship Missile launcher under the Hangar bay.

Also worth mentioning is that the Harrier-class was inspired by the escort carrier TCS Eagle from the WC3-novelisation.
Both the Harrier- and the Wake Island-class are mentioned in Star*Soldier.

(The TCS Hermes, Captain Moran and the recon mission in Loki are from the WC3-novelisation as well. And I think the Jutland-class is mentioned somewhere in Star*Soldier as well. Oh and the TCS Kinney was mentioned by a bartender in "Righteous Fire".)

Another I was curious about, the Phalanx-class Destroyed I think? I saw it in some older shots and I love the dagger design, hope I got the name right. Any info to be offered on that one? I'm guessing that one's an entirely original vessel?
 
The old Website is Long dead. I think short after the Kickstarter of Star Citizen I don't work anymore on Enigma 2666. Also because the majority of the old models does not match anymore to ScoobyDoos newer Saga Models. LLoD was continued a short time and then also dead. A lot of Assets and missions lost in a HDD Crash.

But maybe I have something to share again with the Homeworld 2 Mod ;) He used my old model of the Gettysburg - so I have another cruiser. Just wait for LIF ;)
 
A Little Test with Cinema Bars and camera movement. Using not anymore the Saga Release Version. Instead the Knossus Download Portal. So I can put in much more ships and use all the Features of the later Freespace Open Builds.

TCS Wolfhound take out a frigate and heavy cruiser.

Too Noobie to build own ships so I try to get some old ships at least near to Saga ready. Still in works - copy some textures into the old one and replace turrets and engines

I working now on the underside and try to put in modern Hangar of the Saga Destroyers. At least for some shots of the ingame movie.
