KOTOR2 replay

That's not the same as introducing three new Sith lords immediately after we got to know two other new ones. And each one has a different gimmick, but only one is interesting. That was lame. A bunch of people doing Sith missions for XP isn't the same.

Nihilus, Sion, and...?

If you're thinking of Kreia, (aka, Darth Traya), then okay, but she wasn't "immediate", necessarily...her Sith Lord name didn't come out until pretty much at the end of the game.

The fact that she came in the same game at the other 2 is what he's talking about, and while it's a good point, part of the whole deal with TSL is that the Sith was split into competing factions, hence the separate lords.

There is so much wrong with this game that never could have been remedied by "finishing" it. One example: Bao Dur.

At the same time, I saw the KOTOR plot-twist coming from a bazillion miles away just like I caught the ending to The Sixth Sense in the first 10 minutes because I've read Ambrose Bierce.

KOTOR2 is the lesser game for reasons beyond the obvious. However, the first two thirds made it a better thing to me since I didn't have the big surprised telegraphed to me over and over like the first one did.

It' more than that it's kind of tricky IIRC you had to fight and defeat Handmaiden several times on Ebon Hawk, and you could train bounty huntress on Nar Shadda only, but it could be done

Bao-Dur was always a royal pain in the ass for me. Handmaiden and the others were simple. Talk talk talk, with Mira, and kick the crap out of the handmaiden two or three times. Bao-Dur you have to have in your party at specific times throughout the game to gain influence with him. Atton came randomly, although the nar shadda one was kind of a 'DUH"!!!

Atton kind of reminded me of the same way you had to crack open Carth before he finally spilled his guts about whatever his big personal StickUpHisArse was.

I just gave up on Bao-Dur...he seemed mostly useless as a combat party member except for when you ran into him at Telos when he pulls you out of the shuttle. After that, his story just seemed to be done, no matter how many times you tried to talk to him, be it in the Ebon Hawk or planetside.

Take him when you go to Dantooine and get the field generators for the militia. He contributes to the story line there. But yes, he's worthless as a Jedi, his powers don't work.

What do you mean? You do realise some of the heavier armours restrict the use of Force powers, right?

I do, and he can't wear any Jedi robe, or armor that doesn't restrict force power. So your choices are to either kill his defense by leaving him with normal clothes or the miner's outfit. There may be other armor, but I haven't found it...

Wow, that's next to useless. Then again, with the exception of being on Telos where you have to use him, I found him rather useless anyway.

That's because he's a shitty retread of Carth. Carth was a badass with blasters but he was a whiny ho. Atton is roughly the same white guy but whinier, and not good at anything except being all goth in his mind. He was doomed to be useless because of it.

I don't put Atton on that level. He turns out to be a more dynamic character when you find out about his past and the fact that he was a Sith. He also becomes my character's second most powerful apprentice, the first being the handmaiden.
