Sickbay was mentioned several times on the Concordia, IIRC. At least when Hobbes and Stingray had that scuffle, and when Spirit conviniently fell ill when you had to escort the ammo transport and become attacked by Strakha.
 
And IIRC, sickbay is also mentioned if your wingman ejects... but not in every debriefing, I think.

The crew of Tiger's Claw was 700, though... the 550 refers to the smaller, older Bengals.

Crew sizes in WC ships run the gamut -- from a few hundred on some carriers to 7,800 on the Vesuvius class ships.
 
I know it's irrelevant, but it really is tiny compared to the tens of thousands crewing Star Wars capships - even with droids and slave circuits and whatnot. Something like a quarter million on a Super Star Destroyer. Or is that just stormtroopers?
 
I think that is a quarter million including stormtroopers, fighter pilots, AT-AT and AT-ST drivers, etc.

How many on a Midway carrier? Is it possibly more than the Vesuvius, with the Science Division and Marine Complement?
 
Yes, i don´t have the exact ammount, maybe 4000 or 5000 including pilots,marines and navy personel.

According my ICIS Manual the numbers are:
1500 Marines
3 fighters Squadrons: 252 fighters
total of woman/man in the Midway: 6000
