Remember Vega Strike!!! I'm not sure if it was "on time", but it is, as far as I'm concerned, a decent game due to it's tweakability. I'v only played WC1 once (one mission

) so far (that will change VERY soon...!!!) so I cant really compare, but it seems to be pretty devoted to the time era.

I refuse to call Vega Strike a fan made WC game due to the fact that only some (not all) the fighters are from WC, and the only other things from WC are the sounds which were taken from KS. Besides that its buggy as hell and plays like crap anyway.

But what I'd really like to know is what happened to the people who were working on it, since they were also doing the WC1toWCP conversion. I was playing around with that one yesterday; in between the game crashing, it was actually amusing. Particularly when you died before you even got off the flight deck
