In using Pinnacle Game Profiler which lets me setup an entire custom key set. Where in the GOG version can I find the big config file? Thanks

If using default DOSBOX, it's stored in (Vista/7/8) in:

C:\users\youruseridhere\appdata\local\dosbox\dosbox-0.74.conf

You should backup and store several profiles for different games including the original. It will load whatever .conf file with that name only by default. GOG releases come with a preconfigured setup that may require a little cycle tweaking based on your individual systems.
 
Yeah doesn't work, I don't think WC4 is even using DOSBOX as it looks like the DVD version. Is their anyway in a config to tell the game "NO JOYSTICK" at all? its doing the different views instead of the HUDS. Thx.
 
You can press alt-o in spaceflight to switch to mouse only flight. Be sure to click "save" before exiting back to spaceflight.
