The TCS Victory was a Yorktown-Class Light Carrier that served during the Terran-Kilrathi War. The Yorktown-Class Light Carrier was of a pre-Kilrathi War design from the late 26th century. The Victory was affectionately known to its crew members as "Tin Can Sally".
An old vessel, the TCS Victory (CV-40) was scheduled for decommissioning by the early 2660s. Yet, the Confederation's need for carriers kept her in service.
