Flight Wing 36 was the fleet of starships and pilots stationed on the TCS Victory. In the last year of the Terran-Kilrathi War of 2634-2669 the wing was taken over by then Colonel Christopher Blair. Blair led the wing during the desperate fight against the Kilrathi which culminated in the destruction of Kilrah, the Kilrathi homeworld on 2669.267.
