44-P-1M is a star system in the Potter Quadrant of the Gemini Sector and a territory of the Terran Confederation. It mainly serves as a transfer station between the New Constantinople and Rikel systems.
In the late 2660s, this system was heavily patrolled by the Confederation Navy, and was considered to be one of the safest systems to travel through in Gemini.
