BACKGROUND:
One of the more sensational Nano-Tabloids to circulate the Netlink, the NCI promises its readers 'News, Views, Clues and Nudes' in equal proportions. Their research staff are notorious for their intrusive practices, and have been indicted over 800 times for harassment. The media baron owner, Hunton Frimlet Jr., is currently under investigation by the CIS, following allegations that Kindred assassins have taken to using NCI reporter credentials to gain access to protected victims. Needless to say, this is one story that didn't make the front page, although rival publication The Crian MegaBugle ran a 50-page article on the matter.
