BACKGROUND:
One of the many export firms shipping Bexian beers, wines and liquors to the rest of the Tri-System, Blessed Aquawine is most notable for being the only exporter with access to the notorious blue wines of the Divine Sky vineyards, considered one of the finest alcohols in the Tri-System by cognoscente. The owner, Hugo Carmichael, is a notorious bon vivant, and has recently been cleared by the CIS of all involvement in a trans-system smuggling operation to some of the outer lying regions which still practice prohibition. A further internal enquiry continues by the CIS into possible money laundering of KINDRED funds through Blessed Aquawine. Though not officially under arrest, Carmichael has agreed not to travel beyond the Tri-Systems until the enquiry has finished.
